Book Review—Everything After by Jill Santopolo

Everything After is Jill Santopolo’s  newest novel. The author of The Light We Lost and More Than Words has written another emotional romance that tugs at your heartstrings.

Emily is a psychologist at NYU helping college students. She is happily married to Ezra, a pediatric oncologist, and they want to start a family. After a tragic event, Emily hears a song on the radio. The voice of the singer takes her back to her life 15 years earlier. Could it be him? This begins Emily’s search for herself and her long lost loves, including her music.

This book touches on infertility as well as exploring emotions including grief, love, excitement and pain that are present in the choices we make in relationships. This book is powerful and fast-paced. I listened to the audiobook, which Jill Santopolo beautifully narrates. She even sings!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
