Under the Southern Sky is the first book I have read by Kristy Woodson Harvey, and it certainly won’t be the last. This novel, published in April of 2021, is a delightful southern chick-lit novel that has some depth to the plot. The book is told in alternating point of views of main characters Amelia and Parker, and through journals and letters from Greer. That structure works well for this story. The characters are so well-developed that they feel like your friends. This is a sweet love story that touches on some tough topics, but it is well done. I listened to the outstanding audio version of the book.
