The Soulmate Equation by Christina Lauren (duo Christina Hobbs and Lauren Billings) is a cute, romantic read for the summer. I have long been a fan of Christina Lauren books and this book is charming! Main character Jess Davis is a single mom to Juno. Jess has a great support system in her grandparents, who actually raised her, and her best friend, Fizzy.
Jess works in data and statistics and is intrigued by a dating service she heard about that matches you with others based on DNA samples. Since Jess believes in all things numbers, she decides to try to find her soulmate this way. Well, she not only gets a match, but a 98% compatibility match, which is “Diamond” pairing.
The Soulmate Equation is so well-written. All of the supporting characters in this book add to its charm. This is an enjoyable book that is funny along with being a delightful romance.
