Monday Motivation

I started reading Atomic Habits last week by James Clear. It is a life changing book. I’m not finished with the book yet, but I am definitely learning something new every day. One of the things I am learning is that building good habits is the basis of making lifestyle changes. We can set many goals, but if we don’t have a system in place to meet them, we are often unsuccessful. Building better habits is the key!
