Today we are on Day 15 of the lovely Bonne Maman Advent Calendar. What a wonderful surprise to wake up to each morning! So today’s jam is:
Fig-Cardamom Spread
I happen to adore figs, so I loved this jam! I had it on sourdough bread paired with a delicious cup of coffee. You may notice something new in the background. It is a toast holder. My English Instagram friend, @misterstevenuk (sorry, the links are not working this morning), has a toast holder in some of his photos, and I thought it was beautiful. So, he inspired me to look on Ebay for one. I was able to find one that is stamped “Made in England.” The funny thing is that the seller lives in St. Cloud, Florida, not far from where I live. I love my new toast holder and of course, my Bonne Maman Fig-Cardamom jam!
