Today is Day 17 of the Bonne Maman Advent Calendar. Today’s jam is:
Mandarin Spread
It is light, fresh, and flavorful! And of course, delicious! So I took my photo today, ate my breakfast and went back to edit my photo. Alas, I forgot the most important item for the photo—the jam!! Hence, the save with the jam sticker! At least it was the right color of jam. So, today’s photo is actually a collage to show the Mandarin jam.
Remember when I said that when you are thinking about jam, you start seeing jam things everywhere. My sister was shopping and found this book, Jingle Bell Jam by Pamela Kelley. I haven’t started it yet, but it does feature raspberry jam and some recipes!
