Monday Motivation!

Happy New Year! One of my favorite books I read last year was Atomic Habits  by James Clear. (I linked my review.) That book really helped me to form better habits and routines.  I spent time over the weekend thinking about what I want to accomplish this year. I wrote things down with dates to complete the tasks. Every Sunday I take time to plan out my week with the specifics I want to accomplish that week. Then I check things off as I go. This is what works for me. What works for you?
