Love & Gelato is such an adorable romance. This coming-of-age novel by Jenna Evans Welch is set in the charming Tuscany countryside. The main character, Lena, is sent by her dying mother to spend time with her father in Italy. Her father hasn’t been a part of her life for 16 years, so Lena isn’t in favor of the situation. Upon arriving in Tuscany, not only does she fall in love with the scenery, but also stumbles upon romance and a mystery. This is a light, sweet book that I really enjoyed. I listened to the audiobook and narrator Rebekkah Ross was excellent. There is a Netflix movie of the book out now, but, as usual, I loved the book more than the movie.
