We are halfway through this year’s Bonne Maman Advent Calendar. Day 12’s jam is Cherry-Elderflower. The jam has a rich cherry flavor along with the delicate elderflower. I served it on a crepe, as you can see the jam peaking out on the side. I think I overdid the whipped cream just a tad! The entire combination was fantastic!
