Baileys and Guinness Cheesecake Brownies

I’m back to my Irish roots today. I’ve been so excited to make Baileys and Cheesecake Brownies. The recipe is from ABC Fine Wine and Spirits, headquartered in Orlando, Florida. ABC Fine Wine and Spirits is a family run business founded in 1936. From its start as Jack Holloways’s Friendly Neighborhood Bar in downtown Orlando named after its founder, ABC Fine Wine and Spirits currently has 123 stores across Florida and an online presence.

This recipe is so delicious! First you make the brownies, which contain 3/4 cup of Guinness Draught Stout. You let the brownies completely cool and then make the cheesecake. The cheesecake contains 1/3 cup of Baileys Irish Cream. You top the brownies with the cheesecake and put it in the refrigerator overnight. I had a piece for breakfast this morning, and it is amazing! The Guinness and Baileys are not overpowering in the recipe; they just add a delicious flavor. This recipe is a keeper!
