Today is the 11th day of Advent. It is a special day in the Bonne Maman Advent Calendar. Today’s selection is not a jam, but it is honey! Every year Bonne Maman’s Advent Calendar contains one day that features honey. Their honey is just fantastic! It is sweet and fragrant. I placed it on fresh, crusty sourdough bread. It was such a delicious treat this morning.
