Today’s breakfast is Bonne Maman Day 20 jam, Mirabelle Plum Spice, served with shortbread cookies. The Plum-Spice jam is spiced with cinnamon, coriander, anise, cumin and ginger. It is so flavorful! Who says you can’t have cookies and jam for breakfast? It’s the holidays!
By the way, something I haven’t mentioned about the Bonne Maman jam is the beautiful drawing on the seal of the jar. Each day there is a unique drawing depicting the jam of the day. Again, this is one of the added touches that makes Bonne Maman jam special. Below is a photo of today’s seal.
