I started a membership with Aardvark Book Club this month. I was happy with their selections. I chose:
Piglet by Lottie Hazell—It is the author’s debut novel. Piglet is a cookbook editor and is engaged to Kit. The story is told through dialogue and food descriptions. How clever!
Baby X by Kira Peikoff—This thriller is set in the 2050’s. Advancement in science now allows any biological material to be harnessed to create life. With that comes a multitude of issues in this speculative fiction novel.
Everyone Who Can Forgive Me is Dead by Jenny Hollander—A woman is reckoning with her traumatic past. This thriller has many twists and turns and an unreliable narrator.
