Easter Eggs and Yeast-Free Living

Happy Easter, Everyone!

When I think of Easter, I think of eggs.  Thank goodness I can still eat eggs.  I feel so thankful that I can use them in baking and in salads as a protien source.  However, my favorite way of eating eggs lately is with liquid egg whites.

The current liquid egg whites I'm using are "All Whites".  http://www.allwhiteseggwhites.com/  They are endorsed by Weight Watchers and are only 1 point on the Points Plus Plan for 1/3 cup.  You can find them in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores.




Sometimes I melt vegan cheese on my egg whites.  Cheese, you say?  Yes, vegan cheese, but more about that next time.

  1. 100% Egg Whites. That is a great find!! Eventually, you are going to be able to eat a lot of things you thought you would never eat again.
