Easter Eggs and Yeast-Free Living

Happy Easter, Everyone!

When I think of Easter, I think of eggs.  Thank goodness I can still eat eggs.  I feel so thankful that I can use them in baking and in salads as a protien source.  However, my favorite way of eating eggs lately is with liquid egg whites.

The current liquid egg whites I'm using are "All Whites".  They are endorsed by Weight Watchers and are only 1 point on the Points Plus Plan for 1/3 cup.  You can find them in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores.

Sometimes I melt vegan cheese on my egg whites.  Cheese, you say?  Yes, vegan cheese, but more about that next time.

  1. 100% Egg Whites. That is a great find!! Eventually, you are going to be able to eat a lot of things you thought you would never eat again.
