Pulitzer Prize winner, Ronan Farrow, has a best seller in his book, Catch and Kill. It has been on the New York Times Best Seller List for the last 10 weeks. Catch and Kill is the “can’t-put-it-down” type of book. It is full of Farrow’s investigative reporting on the subjects of Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer, and more. It reads like Watergate: full of spies and cover-ups. The title of the book Catch and Kill refers to instances in which various publications buy the rights to stories that may be unfavorable to someone. Then as a favor to that person, the story is never run.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys investigative reporting, who wants to know more about the Harvey Weinstein/Matt Lauer fall from grace, and how women have been treated in Hollywood and newsrooms when issues of unwanted advances have occurred. Compelling reading!
