Reading an Emily Henry book is becoming a summer tradition. Beginning with Beach Read in 2020, I have thoroughly enjoyed her special writing style of combining humor and romance in her novels. Funny Story, her latest novel, is no exception.
Without giving too much away, Daphne is all set to marry Peter, until she is abruptly dumped. She moves in with Miles, who has also been dumped in this scenario, because she had no where else to go.
I have to say that Miles has to be one of my favorite characters that Emily Henry has developed. I think you will love both Daphne and Miles. This is a perfect book for summer reading. Go get a copy today!
