This is the 4th book I have read by Kerry Winfrey. She writes the sweetest contemporary romance novels. Just Another Love Song is set in small town Baileyville, Ohio. Sandy Macintosh and Hank Tillman are high school sweethearts who have their sights on leaving Baileyville for bigger places upon graduation. Unfortunately, Sandy’s plans fall through and Hank leaves for Boston and becomes a country music star. Sandy runs into Hank in Baileyville when he is home visiting family with his son (surprise!).
The characters in this book are endearing, especially Sandy. The dialogue between the characters is well-written and Baileyville basically becomes a character in this heartwarming story.
