I thought at first this book was going to be about Joseph Carter, the “no show”, who stands up and juggles three different women. But it is much more than that. Beth O’Leary develops three really wonderful characters in Siobhan, Miranda and Jane as Joseph’s love interests. The timeline becomes very important in this book, and there is a huge twist near the end of the book that changes everything.
