I read eight books in April! Can’t believe it! My favorite books were Strangers by Belle Burden, Handle with Care by Marybeth Mayhew Whalen and Into the Blue by Emma Brodie.
Strangers was passed over by all of the major book clubs. It has gotten very popular by word of mouth. It is a memoir of Ms. Burden’s marriage. Handle with Care is an uplifting, character-driven novel. Into the Blue is a love story that spans decades. The other books by Freida McFadden and Taylor Adams were great thrillers.
Conform by Ariel Sullivan is the first book in the Conform series. It is a dystopian novel about a woman torn between two loves.
